Alfredo Ltd makes the ordering process simple, by the choosing of hair care  products using  our hair  matrix. Products which have used and tested regularly in our salons and which are guaranteed to work.

1. Shipping & Handling
Shipping Charges: Alfredo Ltd order form automatically calculates the shipping charges for your order. Shipping charges are based on the formula below:

Upto £49.99= 20% of order
£50.00 - £74.99 = 18% of order
£75.00 - £99.99 = 16% of order
£100.00 - £299.00 = 13% of order
£300.00 plus = 10% of order

2. Ordering On-line
Using the Alfredo Product Matrix, When you click on “Express Checkout” creates a Wishlist, your Wishlist is send to our sale team, A senior member of the team, will contact you by phone to collect your payment for the goods before despatched. At no point Alfredo Ltd will sell, distribute or share any of your details to any other parties. Orders will be sent to the billing address or to another address you specify on the ordering page.

No delivery days: Sundays, New Years Day, Christmas Day, 26th and 31st December. Labour Days.

Processing time: Order processing times for products vary; processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Back Orders
By having accurate availability for all our products on the Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk site, we minimise back order problems. However occasionally an item must be back ordered. We notify you immediately if this occurs, and if you choose to wait for the item, we will ship it as soon as it becomes available.

4. Returns policy
Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk guarantees our products or your money back. It's that simple. At Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk you will find only the finest products, thoroughly tested in our salons. Everything we offer is chosen to live up to this standard. If for any reason your shipment is not satisfactory we will gladly offer you an exchange, a refund or give you 100% credit towards your next Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk purchase. You must return all purchased products and packing  in full to Alfredo Ltd with in 14 days.

How to return a product: If you find that you need to return an item to Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk, please include the following information along with your returned merchandise:

  • A copy of the packing slip.
  • Reason for return
  • How you would like us to proceed with your order:
    refund Alfredo-Eshop.co.uk credit, replacement.

Please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will be notified once your request has been completed. Before a refund is made, replacement or credit, all products must be returned in full.

5. Billing at point of sale
You will not be billed until  our Sale Team member   confirms your order . Alfredo Limited will appear on your card statement as the business, not any other. If any other appears please contact our sale team on: +44.01792.654044
